Mixed Media, Japanese Style

The inspiration for this necklace came from a piece of vintage Japanese fabric I have long prized. Here pieces of the stiffened fabric are strung with Japanese glass seed beads and beads of various shapes to echo the colors in the fabric. This necklace has no clasp; it slips over the head.
